Contact our Customer Care team via email or phone to request a Return Authorization (RA) number and confirm your eligibility for a refund or exchange.
Pack Securely
Place the items safely in their original packaging, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box to prevent processing delays.
Ship the Package
Send your return to our distribution center using a traceable shipping method; we recommend keeping your tracking number until the return is fully processed.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
